<description>Providing access to information should be shared with responsible civil society. Our nations security does indeed depend on the sharing of accurate information from the intelligence community to the appropriate authorities, in order to coordinate the appropriate response. This approach would be the appropriate one to ensure our nations security. OUR NATION IS NOT COMPRISED ONLY OF UPPER ECHELON! Caution should always be practiced where the depth of information would probably be the error in judgement. Primary focus would be upon the appropriate response to the given biological threat. The assistance from the appropriate life sciences would only assist in the solving of these difficult tasks.
