I just finished going through the Army Psychological Operations school. If you're interested in seeing what the experience was like, visit my blog:

http://flyarmy.blogspot.com

The blog discusses what it's like to go through Basic Training and then Psychological Operations Advanced Individual Training. It does not discuss methods or techniques taught. Most of my readers are people who are going to attend that school soon, or who are thinking about it. If you want to serve your country, it's a great way.
