It has a specific purpose. It tends to backfire when used for any political agenda. Sooner or later, the truth comes out. I believe that some specific leaks will prove the undoing of this administration. Bush was quoted as saying " I am a pit bull on the pant leg of opportunity". I think he chose the wrong pant leg to leak on. Intel is a tool, just like any other. It has a specific purpose. It tends to backfire when used for any political agenda. As he drew back the curtain this week on the evidence against Vice President Cheney’s former top aide, Special Counsel Patrick J.
