		<description>Wonderful analysis of this lengthy report.  I&#039;m curious how you see the government realistically resolving the problem, if they will. If the Markle approach were to be embraced, it would likely take years before we&#039;d see real change in terms of fewer wrongful secrets kept under whatever categories of secret or protected information would be created.

In the meantime, there should be a clear ban on these pseudoclassifications with far fewer categories.
