		<description>The CPRC report - is there a more useless document in the DOD? Absolutely worthless. I find some irony in that DOD &quot;ranked&quot; missile defense as number 6 of 8 in prioritizing its WMD mission areas and passive defense is number 3, and yet missile defense funding increased 20 percent and Dr. Klein says we ought to put more money toward passive defense and standoff detection. The actual acquisition strategy never matches the findings and recommendations of this useless report.
