My question has arisen over recent events involving the Vice-President office's response to requests for access to classified information filing procedures by the Information Security Oversight Office (ISOO) in accordance with Executive Order 12,958. I've followed these events and have not been able to find a suitable answer to my question through personal research. I was hoping that your office would be able to provide me with a suitable answer as I am at a loss. Any clarification of this matter by you and your personnel will be greatly appreciated."
