		<description>There are lots of issues bound up in isolation and quarantine - especially jurisdictional-specific questions revolving around what level/agency of government actually controls and is responsible for the quarantined.  Law enforcement officials, in my experience, aren&#039;t too enthusiastic about locking up sick taxpayers.
