You know, the one Gonzales kinda forgot about for quite a while? (Though, admittedly, he was kinda busy having to appear on the hill all the time.) This way choosing the AG kinda becomes like choosing a new pope. The more smoke you see coming out of the white house chimney the closer the new nomination is. In case of the the pope they burn ballots in case of the AG... it's evidence. Gee how convenient this should happen right before a new democrat-approved AG might get to decide on that ISOO complaint.
