		<description>So if the cold war is over and the &quot;terrorist threat&quot; has been demonstrated to be 99% BS, I guess all these new systems that need more and more power are to spy on us Americans.

I think we should dismantle 99% of this Orwellian nightmare and use that power for the good of the citizens instead of treating citizens as the enemy to be feared by the government.
