		<description>Well, the intelligence agencies, all of them, are notoriously behind the times. Anyone depending, for their life, on them is at a distinct disadvantage. Any field operator who thinks that admin knows and gives a shit is deluding themselves entirely and needs to wake up. In intelligence it is the gatherer who is not indispensable. In the agencies asymmetrical ways and means are usually not tolerated by the suits who need to toe the line.
