While Stephen Flynn may be trying to change the terms of debate in this matter he has also spent a great deal of time being one of the security industry&#039;s repetitive &quot;the-terrorists-are-coming&quot; guys. It&#039;s also fair to say that practice has bred paranoia and secrecy, the very things which hinder collaboration and information sharing.
