They have clearly violated their oath of office, wherein they swore to "uphold and defend" the Constitution against ALL enemies, both "foreign AND DOMESTIC". The biggest enemy of the Consitution today is the Attorney General, and all other officials appointed by the head "criminal", former President Bush. Violating your oath of office is a CRIMINAL act. It is called PERJURY. Those who have sought to destroy the Constitution, whether still in office or not, need to be prosecuted and put behind bars for violating their oath of office!
