		<description>I wonder if the little known law the &quot;Data Quality Act&quot; that was quietly passed a few yrs ago could be of use? ASA recently used it to try and force HHS and the DEA to acknowledge the medicinal uses of medical marijuana and to remove marijuana from the Schedule 1 list of drugs. The Judges hearing the case were quite bothered by the force of the law.</description>
