		<description>This sounds a lot like good old days of cold war and to get it over with the eastern germany stasi stuff. People spying and reporting on each other? Let&#039;s get realistic it&#039;s going to be missused and not much good will come from it (since there is no need to do the &quot;compromising&quot; stuff in the lab, any knowledge can be used for either good or bad). You can&#039;t do research without it offerring possibilities for both &quot;sides&quot;.

If you are afraid of bio terrorism the best way is to head of the terrorist by removing the reason for them and support for them (hint bombing the shit out of the people is not a good way and EU and US need to learn that).</description>
