Our web site is one of the foremost sources of quality information about global security issues, and it depends on voluntary contributions from users like yourself. Even if you are not interested in becoming a member of FAS or receiving the PIR, please consider making a contribution to FAS and help us continue providing this service.

We will activate your membership or subscription upon receipt of payment. You should receive an email confirmation immediately following submitting your payment, and an introductory membership packet in 3 to 4 weeks.

MEMBERSHIP is open to all American scientists (social and natural scientists, engineers, lawyers, etc.). Members must be U.S. citizens. Members receive an annual pocket calendar, a subscription to the Public Interest Report and have voting rights in our annual election.

SUBSCRIPTIONS to the Public Interest Report are available for those who are ineligible for membership, but would still like to stay involved in FAS activities. Subscriptions are for one year.
