All documentation located in the HBSS Reading Room is for informational purposes only. The government does not assume responsibility for the current accuracy of information contained within these documents, although every reasonable effort is being made to review the documentation for adequacy. As changes occur to the documentation (i.e. revisions or updates) we will post changes to this documents list, so please continue to check the bulletin board for the latest status. A detailed listing of all documents will be available in the library.

HBSS READING ROOM INFORMATION

1. High Band Subsystem (HBSS) reading room will be located at Wright-Patterson AFB OH.

  1. The HBSS reading room is scheduled to be available for use on 12 March 1997.

  1. Access to the library may be gained by contacting Beth Blanton, 937-255-4428 at least forty-eight hours in advance of anticipated access date. FAX verification of Secret clearance to Shirley Campbell at 937-255-7971. Submit verification of Top Secret/SCI clearance to SSO ASC//CVS//Wright-Patterson AFB OH. Specify in the clearance request; Point of Contact: Beth Blanton, Organization ASC/RAHJ, Purpose: "Access to HBSS Read Room". Confirmation of SCI clearance can be made by calling MSgt. Trudy Brown at 937-255-4088

  1. Only one team may visit the facility at one time. Teams may have no more than four (4) individuals at the facility at one time.

  1. Reading room operations will be from 8-5 Monday thru Friday. Visits will be scheduled for a maximum of one working day, unless special arrangements are made. Visits will be scheduled on a first-come, first-serve basis, unless a company has already visited the reading room, in which case priority will be given to first time visitors.

  1. There will be available copying capabilities, and a computer. Not all documentation will be made available for reproduction. NO original documentation will be allowed to be taken from the room. There will be some soft copy documentation. If a soft copy is desired please provide your own disks. The majority of soft copy documentation is formatted in Microsoft Word 6.0. Some soft copy drawings are formatted using Acrobat and Claris. Any classified material reproduced will be sent via normal SCI distribution procedures.
