1. Answers to additional HBSS Proposal Questions are provided. The answers are in order as the questions were asked.
Question #1. Since the RFP does not specify a graphics software package, we are assuming that a folder of stand- alone graphics files are not required on the electronic media being submitted. Is this correct?
Answer: While stand-alone graphics files are not required, The Offerors may submit stand alone graphics in Bit MAP files.
Question #2. There was no mention of the speed and memory requirements of the evaluators computers. Some of our graphics files will be in excess of several megabytes. Because this will require faster and more powerful systems to view, we are assuming that the soft copy version of the proposal in Microsoft Word 7.0 for Windows will contain only the proposal text and tables but no embedded graphics. Is this also correct?
Answer: The Offerors may submit:
a. The proposal in Microsoft Word 7.0 for Windows which contains the proposal text with tables; embedded links to Bit Map files (*.BMP) for the graphics may be used in lieu of embedded graphics.
b. The proposal in Microsoft Word 7.0 for Windows which contain the proposal text, tables, and embedded graphics.
c. Both "a" and "b".
