National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency


The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), formerly the National Imagery and Mapping Agency (NIMA), is a combat support agency of the Department of Defense (DoD), supporting the Secretary of Defense, the Director of National Intelligence (DNI), and other national-level policymakers in the areas of imagery, imagery intelligence, and geospatial information. NGA is a member of the National Intelligence Community.
