This figure shows the systems used in the GITIS Simulation facility and the systems given to the gunner, commander, and driver. I’ll describe each of these systems in more detail in the next few slides.

The gunner is stationed at the Gunsight Simulator. During the experiment he will be equipped with different target ID and cueing systems.

The Commander is provided with the Pseudo-Applique and a view of the Gunsight.

The Driver has a view of the Virtual world.

We are also running ModSAF, which is the scenario generator used for this experiment. It supplied simulated friendly and enemy forces. It also simulations a UAV equipped with MTI, BCIS and ATR systems.

Finally we run a logger which captures all the data sent out over the network. We will use the logged data to analyze the results of the experiment.
