Notes:
Although there are four CVW dets pending in FY-99, there is currently no funding to support further UAV CONOP development. Likewise for FY-00.
Radiant Pine: NSAWC is assisting in a TENCAP project which will utilize a modified CIRPAS UAV to geolocate hostile communication nodes on the Fallon Ranges. However, it appears that CIRPAS has priced itself out of consideration and the project is in jeopardy.
T-REC: The Air Force UAV Battle Lab is sponsoring a technology demonstration for putting an electronic sensor/jammer package into a UAV surrogate, (Tactical Radar Electronic Combat Suite, T-RECS). Based upon our CONOP experience, they have requested that NSAWC observe and assist.
