Classic “Observe, Orient, Decide, Act.”

Battle Space Dominance: We believe that state of the art UAVs and TCS will bring a new ability to conduct Battle Space Dominance operations, i.e. the process of observing, orienting, deciding and acting faster than your opponent does. To do this, the UAV/TCS/Warfigther infrastructure must evolve more like a weapon system than a pure reconnaissance tool. This change in paradigm effects payloads, data links, manning and doctrine. This UAV functional area goes to the heart of why the USAF Predator dissemination methodology will not fully support expeditionary operations.
