• MS II Follow-Up IPR

  • Convene MS II Follow-On Meeting (IPR) NLT 90-120 Days After Contract Award
  • Complete OPTEC Evaluation from SCD
  • Focus on Contractual and Programmatic Efforts Required Prior to OTRR and IOT&E and Exit Criteria for MS III
