Every soldier has a unique and special story to tell. Some are new to the unit as well as the Army while still others are on the verge of “homesteading.” The unit composition is a rich tapestry of individuals who, when blended together, add texture to the whole. The texture, made up of Army and contractor support personnel, adds richness, stability and strength to the unit’s overall composition. This variety provides dimension to TENCAP----not only for the unit but for the community of users----creating the team atmosphere so critical in teaming with the user.
This morning you will get to meet a portion of this unit and hear from the soldiers themselves. some of the soldiers and hear some candid remarks from just some of the troops….
