Korean Air Intelligence System
CONSTANT WATCH

The Korean Air Intelligence System, dubbed CONSTANT WATCH, reached baseline operational capability at the end of January 1981. The IOC version of KAIS was developed by HQ PACAF personnel in association with the Constant Watch Program Office.
