These English-language documents are all machine-translation renderings from the original German. As such, they are not authoritative true copies of the originals. And, in some instances the machine translation process is so far from the original meaning as to be virtually incomprehensible, since to err is human but it takes a computer to really foul things up. On the other hand, if your German is just barely adequate to get you from the Hauptbahnhof to the Rathaus [or even if you think you know just enough German to be dangerous, like when JFK said "I am a donut"], then you may find these of at least some interest.
