Complete and Abbreviated Designations

Federal
Organs of Executive Authority

1. To propose that subdivisions
of the Administration of the Russian Federation President
and Apparatus of the Russian Federation Government use
abbreviated designations of the federal organs of executive
authority in drawing up draft directives of the Russian
Federation president, directives of the Russian Federation
Government, official records of sessions and conferences,
official letters, reference documents, and appendices
(nontextual) to edicts of the Russian Federation president
and decrees of the Russian Federation Government, as well as
in drawing up draft documents of the Russian Federation
president and documents of the Russian Federation Government
approving the regulatory statutes for federal organs of
executive authority. The listing of complete and abbreviated
designations of federal organs of executive authority is
attached.
The complete designations of federal organs of
executive authority are used when drawing up draft edicts of
the Russian Federation president, decrees of the Russian
Federation Government, and other official documents
(international treaties, etc.).
2. To direct the deputy director of Apparatus of the
Russian Federation Government/head of the Administrative
Department of the Apparatus of the Russian Federation
Government, jointly with the head of the Administrative
Department of the Office of the Russian Federation
President, to enter necessary amendments and additions to
the listing mentioned in Point 1 of this directive, ensuing
in accordance with applicable enactments of the Russian
Federation president and of the Russian Federation
Government.
3. To consider as no longer in effect Directive of the
Administration of the Russian Federation President and
Apparatus of the Russian Federation Government No. 180,
dated 9 February 1994.
