• Nikolayev Technical School of Railway Transport.
• Central Officers Course of the Railway Troops.
• Graduated Military Academy of Rear Services and Transport in 1972 with honors.

Service

• Commander of platoon, company, battalion in RR Troops.
• 1972- Bn commander. Deputy and commander of a bde. Deputy and commander of a corps. Participated in construction of BAM.
