Mikhail Vladimirovich Moskovenko
Consultant-assistant to the Navy Commander-in-Chief

Mikhail Vladimirovich Moskovenko graduated from the Leningrad Nakhimov Naval School, the A.S. Popov Higher Naval School of Radioelectronics, and the Naval Academy.

He served on submarines and nuclear submarines of the Black Sea and Northern Fleets, in the Main Staff of the Navy, and the VMF's Naval Science Committee. He is a participant in the development of the main programs and doctrinal documents in the area of improving the naval activities of the Russian federation, and is the author of several publications on military-naval policy and Russia's strategic interests in the World Ocean.

At this time he is a consultant-assistant to the VMF Commander-in-Chief. He is a Candidate of Historical Sciences, Professor of the Academy of Military Sciences [AVN] and Scientific Secretary of the AVN's Naval Department.
