Notes:
- One major concern is the ability of any air defense weapon system to provide ADA to critical maneuver elements of the force. Linebacker is too heavy for the initial BDE, and Avenger is a soft-skinned vehicle, best used to cover rear area HVAs and choke points. Cannot be in the fight the way Linebacker can.
