This Handbook represents a consolidation of the input provided by the 
United States Army Field Artillery School to the Mounted Battlespace 
Battle Lab for the 71 Series of Tactics Techniques and Procedures (TTPs). 
The Mounted Battlespace Battle Lab has the TRADOC lead in producing a 71 
Series of TTPs from Company Team to Brigade level for the EXFOR of Task 
Force XXI.
