Objective: To seize the initiative in any military operation with overwhelming force

• Rapidly attack “high initiative” forces

  • Defeat Air and Space power forces
  • Halt high speed invasion forces, prevent actions by maritime forces
  • Deny use of WMD and terrorist forces

• Disrupt C2, ISR architecture, and comm and computer systems

Task: Gain control--air, space, land, sea and information. Employ Global Attack and Precision Engagement using real-time targeting, dynamic C2 and enhanced ISR
