Become A FAS Student Member
Sixty seven years ago, the founding scientists of FAS decided they had an ethical obligation to inform and influence our country's decision makers on critical security and science issues. Today, FAS remains devoted to this idea, and believes that it is our responsibility as an organization to develop the next generation of scientists, engineers, and national security experts so that our country's policy makers will continue to stay informed.
For this reason, FAS offers a membership discount for students who attend accredited universities. One year student memberships are available for $25. To qualify for a FAS student membership you must be currently attending an accredited university as a undergraduate or graduate student. Please note that you will be asked to provide an active university email address on the donate page to verify your enrollment.
When you join FAS, you become connected to one of the oldest and most respected science policy think tanks in America.
