WITNESSES REPORTED HEARING LOUD EXPLOSIONS NEAR THE CITY CENTER. PENTAGON OFFICIALS SAY THEY HAVE SENT MISSILES AND BOMBS AT NEARLY ALL THE TARGETS THEY INTENDED TO HIT IN THIS CAMPAIGN.
