Q: On Iraq, do you have any response to the Jordanian decision to give
Iraq back some of its jets impounded during the Gulf War?

BOUCHER: I don't have anything for you immediately, except to say that
we had better check the facts very carefully before we write about
that. I'll get you something if I can.

Q: So you're saying that maybe they didn't send these jets back?

BOUCHER: I'm not exactly sure what the situation is. We'll have to
check.
