RUSSIAN AIRCRAFT FIRM HOLDS TALKS WITH IRAQ. A delegation
from the Altai Aircraft Manufacturing Enterprise arrived in
Iraq on 1 February to discuss replacing equipment at a steel
mill there, the possible sale of IL-76 planes, and the
training of Iraqi technical and flight personnel, Interfax
