Q: Iraqi opposition groups are in the State Department today. Whom did
they meet with and do you have any more information --

MR. BOUCHER: Yes, there were some meetings today with the Iraqi
National Congress, or there will be. Assistant Secretary Walker is
scheduled to meet with them this afternoon. The meeting is part of our
ongoing cooperation with the Iraqi National Congress and other
elements of the Iraqi opposition. Today's meeting will focus on
operational details involved in implementing the cooperative agreement
between the Iraqi National Congress and the Department of State.
