RUSSIA TO BEGIN CONSTRUCTION OF SECOND REACTOR IN IRAN.
Deputy Atomic Energy Minister Yevgenii Reshetnikov said on 21
February that Russia will begin this year the construction of
a second reactor at the Iranian nuclear power plant at
Bushehr, ITAR-TASS reported. PG
