FORMER FSB HEAD SAYS NMD WORKS TO RUSSIA'S ADVANTAGE.
Nikolai Kovalev, who used to head the FSB and now chairs
the Duma Security Committee, said U.S. plans to build a
national missile defense system (NMD) meet the strategic
