(b) Report of the Credentials Committee.

7. Confirmation of the Secretary of the Conference.

8. Address by the Executive Secretary of the Preparatory Commission for the

Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty Organization.

9. Presentation of a progress report on cooperation to facilitate the entry into

force of the Treaty.

10. General exchange of views by ratifiers and signatories on facilitating the entry

into force of the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty.*

11. Statements by non-signatory States.*

12. Statement on behalf of NGOs.**

13. Consideration and adoption of a final document.

14. Any matters arising from paragraph 3 of article XIV of the Treaty.

to five minutes each.
