Biography

Katie Colten joined FAS in May of 2011 as the membership coordinator. Prior to FAS, she served as the foundation manager for the Foundation for Community Betterment, a national non-profit organization, managing donor and board relations. In this role, she managed and assisted eight regional chapters and an eighteen person board with fundraising, communications and event logistics, implementing an average of twelve events per year.  Colten also worked at the Curley Company as an Event Specialist, assisting in the execution of large scale events and conferences in the Washington, D.C. area.

Colten received her Bachelor’s degree from St. Lawrence University where she studied psychology and Spanish.
