Dodson, Allen
Biography
Allen Dodson is a project manager for biosecurity and joined FAS in October of 2009. He is working on a variety of communication projects, including the Virtual Biosecurity Center and dual-use education resources.
Dodson received a B.S. in molecular, cellular and developmental biology from Yale University in 2002, and completed his Ph.D. in biological chemistry and molecular pharmacology at Harvard University in 2008. His dissertation research focused on antiviral drugs.
Dodson also completed a one-year Science Policy Fellowship at the American Society for Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, where he worked on biomedical research advocacy in the Society's public affairs office.
