Biography

Kazuko Goto is the first Research Fellow selected by MEXT, the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science, and Technology, of the Government of Japan. Prior to joining FAS, she was a nuclear safeguards inspector and a former nuclear plant worker at the Kansai Nuclear Power Plant. 

Goto's research focuses on nuclear nonproliferation issues and nuclear energy policy.
