Requirements:
- Advertisements submitted to the PIR should be camera-ready or high resolution (300 dpi) PDF or TIFF format. All fonts must be embedded. Graphical elements such as corporate logos, clip art and photography should be rendered and submitted in a print-ready format (300 dpi, PDF, TIFF or JPEG) to ensure acceptable reproduction quality.
- Front interior cover and back cover advertisements should be converted to CMYK colors prior to sending to the PIR.
- Please submit your ads as E-mail attachments, or on CD-R and DVD-R.
- Should you require ad design, please provide thumbnails of the suggested layout, exact text, and all artwork and/or photography.
- All advertisements are subject to the approval of the editor and publisher. Payment (via check, money order, or credit card) for invoices is due within 30 days of receipt.

General Rate Policy
The publisher will not be bound by any conditions, printed or otherwise, appearing on copy instructions or insertion order when such conditions conflict with the regulations set forth in this rate card.
The publisher reserves the right to reject any advertisement or copy that the publisher for any reason in his sole discretion deems unsuitable for publication in the PIR.
The advertiser agrees to hold the publisher harmless from any and all claims or suits arising out of advertising published.
Order cancellations not accepted after closing dates (see Advertising Closing Dates). Requested positions will be considered, but cannot be assured.
Payment Terms and Conditions
Terms of sale. Cash-with-order unless credit has been established. Bills rendered on 20th day of the month preceding issue date. Payment terms: net 30.
Advertiser is liable for payment. Terms and conditions final at closing date.
