USA v. Jeffrey Alexander Sterling: Selected Case Files

On January 6, 2011, the Department of Justice announced the indictment of former CIA officer Jeffrey A. Sterling on charges of unauthorized disclosure of national defense information. The trial, which had been scheduled to begin October 17, 2011, was indefinitely postponed after prosecutors indicated their intent to appeal several lower court rulings.
