Security Policy Board Documents

The Security Policy Board (SPB) was established in 1994 by Presidential Decision Directive 29 to develop integrated security policies across the range of security disciplines, from classification to personnel security. It was abolished on April 24, 2001, pursuant to National Security Presidential Directive 1. Selected SPB documents are archived below.
