Shuttle - Space Launch Vehicle

Even further into the future is the development of a fully reusable, two-stage-to-orbit space transportation system similar to the German Sanger concept. The PRC has been conducting detailed engineering studies in this area for more than a decade, but available resources have not permitted a commitment to begin development (References 159, 193-194).
