BULK PETROLEUM FUELS MANAGEMENT CATEGORY, FUELS DIVISION
AIR FORCE STOCK FUND

AFM 67-1, Volume I, Part Three, Chapter 1, 21 November 1988, is supplemented as
follows and applies to all Air Force Space Command (AFSPACECOM) fuels management
activities:

25a. Submit the original and one copy of PSO computations and storage
computations according to the applicable attachments to HQ AFSPACECOM/LKLSPF by
5 June.

28. Submit requests for temporary relocation of PWRMS to HQ AFSPACECOM/LKLSPF
by priority message. Include Detachment 29, SA-ALC/SFML, as an information
addressee.

29. Submit requests for PWRMS waivers to HQ AFSPACECOM/LKLSPF by priority
message. Include Detachment 29, SA/ALC/SFML, as an information addressee.

31. Submit RCS: LOG-SA(AR)7144 for CONUS ground fuel requirements to arrive at
HQ AFSPACECOM/LKLSPF 15 days after receipt from Detachment 29, SA-ALC, or as
directed by the Command Fuels Office (HQ AFSPACECOM/LKLSPF).

32. Submit RCS: LOG-SA(AR)7144 for overseas bulk fuel requirements to arrive
at HQ AFSPACECOM/LKLSPF 30 days before the date due at Detachment 29, SA-ALC, or
as directed by the Command Fuels Office (HQ AFSPACECOM/LKLSPF).

35. Send HQ AFSPACECOM/LKLSPF one copy of each ground fuels contract bulletin.

37a. Send HQ AFSPACECOM/LKLSPF an information copy of correspondence on
contractor nonperformance.

61a. Send HQ AFSPACECOM/LKLSPF an information copy of correspondence on
unsatisfactory receipts.
115a. Fuels managers may gauge aviation fuel storage tanks weekly. If so,
notify HQ AFSPACECOM/LKLSPF by letter.
