Supply

GENERAL SUPPORT DIVISION, AIR FORCE STOCK FUND

AFM 67-1, Volume I, Part Three, Chapter 6, is supplemented as follows and
applies to all Air Force Space Command (AFSPACECOM) supply activities operated
or supported by the USAF Standard Base Supply System:

9b(2). Send base reports to HQ AFSPACECOM/LKSPO on the 15th of the month
following the reporting quarters.

9b(3). Provide specific narrative justification to substantiate operating
variances which exceed the range of plus or minus 5 percent. Include dollar
value of inventory augmentation and War Reserve Materiel (WRM) orders placed
authority used during the quarter.

9b(6). Attach the schedule of nonreimbursable issues (GLA570) to the Analysis
of Operation General Support Division (RCS: LOG-LOR(M&Q)7194).

9i. Guidance for submission of Q07 output cards is contained in AFM 67-1, vol
II, part two, chapter 29.

10d. Stock fund managers arrange with accounting and finance materiel account-
ing to receive required reports on a monthly basis.

10e(2). Stock fund managers request an approved operating program (PCN SH069C-
C3D) from accounting and finance material accounting after input of AOP cards.
Use this approved program list to verify the load with the Approved Monthly
Operating Plan (schedule 5).

12a. Items authorized free issue under the provisions of paragraphs 12a(4),
(5), and (10) do not require prior approval by the Command. Explain value
increases under these authorizations on the Schedule of Nonreimbursable Issues
(GLA570).

12a(12)(Added). List and explain values for nonreimbursable shipments using
advice code 2E on line 12 of the Schedule of Nonreimbursable Issues (GLA570).

17k. When applicable, attach to all GSOP'S, a War Reserve Materiel table
according to attachment B-1.

70a. Send RCS: LOG-LOR(AR)7141 to HQ AFSPACECOM/LKSW to arrive by 1 April,

75. Forward two copies of AF Form 1211A, Estimated Requirements for Engine Oil,
Grease and Gear Oil for Ground Equipment, RCS: LOG-LO(A)7407, to arrive at HQ
AFSPACECOM/LKSW by 15 August.
