The sections in this chapter describe the significant near-, mid-, and far-term technology efforts
supporting each of the twelve Joint Warfighting Capability Objectives listed in Chapter II.
Chapter IV, the heart of this plan, is divided into twelve (12) sections. Each section describes the
plan for achieving one Joint Warfighting Capability Objective (JWCO).
