1.1. Oplans are administratively controlled by HQ NORAD Planning Staff (NJ5P). OPORDs are administratively controlled by HQ NORAD Combat Operations Staff (NJ30). They are formatted according to the Joint Operations Planning System and Executions (JOPES).

1.2. Each OPlan and OPORD office of primary responsibility (OPR) will inform HQ NORAD Planning Staff of any change to this listing.

1.3. Codes listed prior to the document title, i.e., M,C,J, indicate required review/approval authorities.
